Step 1 — Create Your Account
Register an EKVO account.

Step 2 — Register Your Organization
Choose Sports Team or Committee. Organization verification will be required before live sales.

Step 3 — Select Your Plan
Choose a monthly or event subscription.

Step 4 — Submit Payment
Pay the EKVO subscription by bank transfer and upload the transfer slip. EKVO staff will manually verify payment.

Step 5 — Customize Your Store
Upload organization branding, products and store information.

Step 6 — Start Selling
Customers browse products, place orders and submit payments directly to the organization's bank account.

Step 7 — Manage Orders
Managers and authorized staff handle payments, production and deliveries.
- 08
Step 8 — Customer Tracking
Customers follow order progress using a secure tracking link or verified lookup.
Where the money goes.
EKVO subscription payments go to EKVO.
Paid by bank transfer and verified manually by EKVO staff.
Customer merchandise payments go directly to the organization.
EKVO does not automatically collect the organization's merchandise sales revenue.
